We collect only the information we need to provide tests, consultations and treatments:
- Personal details — name, age, gender, phone number, email address and home address (for sample collection).
- Health information — symptoms, medical history, prescriptions, test requests, test results, reports and treatment notes.
- Photographs taken for treatment records and before & after comparisons, only with your consent.
- Payment details such as the amount paid and payment mode. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.
- Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the website enquiry form.
2How we use your information
- To register you, collect and process samples, and prepare and deliver your reports.
- To provide consultations, treatments and follow-up care.
- To send appointment reminders and share reports by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To keep medical records as required by law and good clinical practice.
- To improve our services and respond to your questions or complaints.
4Treatment photographs
Before & after photographs are taken only with your consent and are stored with your treatment record. We show them on our website or social media only with your separate permission, and we crop or blur identifying features wherever possible. You can withdraw that permission at any time and we will remove the photos from our website.
5How we protect your data
Reports and records are stored securely, and access is limited to authorised staff. Reports are shared only with you or people you authorise. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
6How long we keep it
We keep medical records and reports for as long as required under applicable Indian laws and medical guidelines, and then delete or anonymise them securely.
7Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can:
- Ask for a copy of your reports and the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Withdraw consent for optional uses such as marketing messages or website photos.
- Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
