3Appointments & home collection

• Appointments and home sample collection slots are subject to availability and are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.
• Please follow the preparation instructions given for your test (for example, fasting). Results may be affected if instructions are not followed.
• Please share accurate details, a valid phone number and any current medicines at the time of booking.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible.

4Test reports

• Report times are estimates. Some tests need more time, repeat testing or processing at a partner laboratory.
• Reports should be interpreted by a qualified doctor together with your symptoms and history.
• Reports are shared only with you or someone you authorise, in person, by WhatsApp or by email.

5Treatments & results

• Aesthetic and skin treatments are performed after a consultation, and written consent is taken where required.
• Results vary from person to person. Before & after photos show individual results and are not a guarantee.
• The number of sessions, side effects and aftercare will be explained to you before treatment. Please follow the aftercare advice given.

6Prices & payments

• Prices on the website and on packages are indicative and may change without notice. The price confirmed at booking or billing applies.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
• Refunds, where applicable, are for tests or sessions that were not performed, and are processed to the original payment mode.

7Using this website

Text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Health Point Diagnostics and may not be copied or reused without permission. The website may link to other websites, such as Google Maps or WhatsApp, which we do not control.

8Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by incorrect information provided to us, or by not following medical or preparation advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi.
